I led operations, financial management and events for a globally recognized arts nonprofit. My work contributed to a 30% increase in festival revenue and a 50% increase in fundraising event revenue.
03 — PUNK ROCK BOWLING MUSIC FESTIVAL

I work hands-on across the production and curation of special events within a large-scale live festival, bringing creative concepts to life through vendor management, logistics and project delivery. From planning through onsite execution, the role combines creative judgment, detailed production and real-time problem solving.

I led U.S. operations for a Nordic-U.S. creative and entertainment initiative, connecting programs, partnerships and events. I coordinated cross-border projects and helped secure more than $100K in funding.

I developed cultural programs connecting Nordic and U.S. creative communities across music, film and design. I also produced public showcases and international delegations while leading communications and media relations.
